A classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life.  Lets face it you don’t live life on cables and pulley’s or tracks. So why would train your bod that way? Here at War Room Fitness we want to make sure you have the strength & stamina to get through your day, your week and do the thing(s) you enjoy doing.
Conditioning

Stamina & Endurance

A hybrid of both cardio AND strength training because it can involve weights. It refers to exercise that requires you to train at high-intensity for short bursts of time. Common examples would be sprinting, or if you’re familiar with the practice, HIIT (high-intensity interval training).

If you’re tired of boring workouts by yourself and can;t keep up in a group class with 40+ people than this is for you! With our small group training you will get the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training without the cost. Our “team” style workouts keep you motivated throughout and having your peers cheer you on will help get you motivated while the results will keep you motivated! Why struggle through a mediocre Workout when you can be a part of something bigger and better.
